Step 1: Initial Consultation

Your care begins with a dedicated pre-visit led by one of our RNs.
During this session, we will:Review your medical history and current medications
Coordinate and order lab work, if clinically appropriate
Offer an optional in-office InBody® scan and results review to assess your body composition

Your 60-minute consultation with Dr. Piasta is where the transformation begins. Together, you’ll:
Review your detailed health history and intake
Explore your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals in depth
Discuss potential root causes and evidence-based treatment options
Review lab results and ensure complete understanding
Collaborate on a personalized care plan and begin treatment, when appropriate
This visit lays the foundation for your individualized midlife and menopause care plan.

Investment: $600
To reserve your new patient experience, a $150 scheduling fee is collected at booking. This fee secures your appointment and covers the nurse pre-visit consultation.Please note, the fee is non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment with our nurse.

Step 2: Enroll in Membership
We believe the first visit is essential for experiencing our clinical approach firsthand. If there is a mutual fit, you will receive a membership enrollment link the following day.
To support your transition into the practice, we offer a complimentary registration period for one week post-consultation. Membership activation grants you full access to our patient portal and follow-up scheduling.
To move forward with care following your initial consultation, including prescriptions or follow-up care you must be an enrolled member.
Monthly membership fees begin one month after your initial consultation.
A 6-month minimum commitment ensures continuity and effectiveness of care.

To support our patients, we leverage our partnerships to offer discounted laboratory rates and help identify the most economical options for prescriptions. Our goal is to ensure your clinical path is both effective and financially sustainable.

Our practice prioritizes a deep-dive discovery process before you even walk through our door. Because we invest substantial time into reviewing your history and preparing your case, we require payment upon booking and the completion of intake forms within seven days. This collaborative preparation is a hallmark of our practice, allowing us to maximize the value of your consultation and provide the attentive, personalized experience you deserve.
