  • Menopause Care at Monarch Health

Menopause is a natural and inevitable stage of a woman’s life—but suffering through it is not a requirement.

Your Personalized Menopause Plan May Include:

    Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT)
Individualized recommendations based on current guidelines, symptom profile, timing, and personal risk assessment—when appropriate and aligned with your goals.

    Non-Hormonal Treatment Options
Evidence-based alternatives for symptom relief when hormones are not indicated, not desired, or used alongside MHT.

    Lifestyle & Metabolic Optimization
Targeted guidance on sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and body composition—because hormones do not operate in isolation.

    Preventive & Long-Term Health Strategy
Focused attention to bone, cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive, and sexual health to protect your future wellbeing—not just manage hot flashes.

At Monarch Health, our goal isn’t just symptom relief—it’s helping you thrive through midlife and beyond.

  • Nearly 42% of U.S. adults live with obesity, a chronic, relapsing medical condition—not a personal failure or lack of willpower. Weight regulation is influenced by a complex interplay of biology, hormones, metabolism, genetics, medications, sleep, stress, and life stage, including perimenopause and menopause.

At Monarch Health, we approach weight management through a medical and metabolic lens. Our goal is not short-term weight loss, but long-term metabolic health, improved body composition, and sustainable outcomes that support your overall wellbeing.

We partner with you to understand the why behind weight changes and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your health history, physiology, and goals.

    Your Customized Plan May Include:

    Metabolic & Hormonal Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation to identify contributors such as insulin resistance, hormonal shifts, medication effects, and lifestyle factors.

    Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategy
Evidence-based, realistic guidance focused on metabolic health—not restriction, shame, or unsustainable plans.

    Anti-Obesity Medications (When Appropriate)
Thoughtful use of FDA-approved medications as part of a comprehensive care plan, with ongoing monitoring and support.

    Long-Term Health Focus
Strategies aimed at improving cardiometabolic risk, preserving lean muscle mass, and supporting healthy aging—not just the number on the scale.

Weight care is healthcare. At Monarch Health, you receive medical expertise, partnership, and support—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

  • Sexual Health Care

Sexual health is a vital component of overall health and quality of life—and it deserves the same thoughtful, medical attention as any other concern. Changes in desire, arousal, comfort, and satisfaction are common across the lifespan, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, yet they are often under-addressed or dismissed.

We Support a Wide Range of Sexual Health Concerns, Including:

    Low Libido & Desire Changes
Evaluation of hormonal, medical, psychological, and relational contributors, with personalized treatment options.

    Orgasm Disorders & Arousal Concerns
Medical assessment and targeted strategies to improve function and satisfaction.

    Painful Sex (Dyspareunia)
Comprehensive evaluation of vulvovaginal, pelvic, hormonal, and inflammatory causes, with appropriate treatment pathways.

    Vulvovaginal & Genitourinary Conditions
Diagnosis and management of conditions such as vaginal dryness, irritation, recurrent symptoms, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM).

Sexual concerns are medical concerns. At Monarch Health, you are met with expertise, respect, and care—so you can feel informed, supported, and empowered in every aspect of your health.

  • Advanced Nutrient & Gut Health Support

Micronutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, and disruptions in gut health can influence energy, cognition, mood, immune function, and metabolic health. When these factors are overlooked, they may contribute to persistent or unexplained symptoms that affect daily life and overall wellbeing.

    Services May Include:

    Gut Health Testing (When Indicated)
Targeted testing to evaluate gastrointestinal function, absorption, inflammation, or imbalances—used selectively and interpreted within the context of your clinical picture.

    Micronutrient Assessment
Evaluation of key vitamin and mineral levels that may impact energy, bone health, metabolism, neurologic function, and overall vitality.

    IV Hydration Therapy
Medically supervised hydration and nutrient support designed to address dehydration, support recovery, or optimize wellness when oral intake is insufficient or not well tolerated.

    Nutrient Injection Services
Targeted intramuscular nutrient support for patients with documented deficiencies or specific clinical needs.

Our approach is evidence-informed, individualized, and intentional. Testing and therapies are never one-size-fits-all and are recommended only when they add meaningful value to your care.

  • Holistic Gynecology & Women’s Wellness Care

Have you ever felt that something just wasn’t right in your body—even when tests came back “normal”? Many women recognize when something is off, yet struggle to find answers or feel truly heard.

At Monarch Health, we take a comprehensive, whole-person approach to gynecologic care across the lifespan. Hormones influence far more than midlife symptoms. Concerns such as irregular or painful periods, fertility challenges, PCOS, reproductive mood disorders, and cycle-related changes can often be better understood—and treated—through a hormonal and metabolic lens.

    Our Holistic Gynecology Services Include:

    General Gynecologic Care
Evaluation and management of common gynecologic concerns, menstrual irregularities, pelvic symptoms, and hormonal conditions throughout reproductive and midlife stages.

    Annual Women’s Wellness Exams
Comprehensive preventive visits focused on screening, risk assessment, sexual and reproductive health, and long-term wellness—not rushed, checklist-driven care.

    Hormonal & Cycle-Related Conditions
Assessment and management of PCOS, abnormal uterine bleeding, cycle disturbances, fertility-related concerns, and hormonally influenced mood symptoms.

    Integrated Treatment Approach
A thoughtful combination of conventional medical therapies and supportive lifestyle or integrative strategies when appropriate.

    *Scope of Care*
Monarch Health provides limited outpatient gynecologic and wellness care. We do not offer advanced diagnostic gynecologic procedures, surgical care, obstetric services, or emergency care. When indicated, we coordinate timely referral to appropriate specialists or higher-level care.
